Sustainable business
Our sustainability approach is closely aligned to our purpose and its four goal areas of creations, nature, people and communities. It is underpinned by robust governance policies and procedures.
We regularly engage with our stakeholders and prioritise issues jointly considered to be of the highest material importance in order to align and evolve our sustainability approach. Each year we publish a report on our sustainability activities, which is available for review.
The system is aligned with international standards and practices to safeguard the effective functioning of the governing bodies of the Company. Robust standards, policies and management systems provide a framework for addressing risks and opportunities through operations and allow us to measure our performance and meet our commitments to stakeholders. Listening and responding to our priority stakeholders is a core part of our sustainability management approach. Sustainable development calls for concerted efforts towards building an inclusive and sustainable future for people and the planet. The United Nations Global Compact asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment.Discover more
