When it comes to culinary experiences, consumers want to explore Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Thai cuisines.
4 in 10 consumers see table sauces as the gateway to trying new flavours.
Smoky, meaty, spicy and bold profiles lead the way in taste appeal for ketchup and barbecue sauces.
Creamy, cheesy, spicy, herbaceous or tangy are the top favourites for mayonnaise.
7 in 10 consumers pay close attention to table sauces in quick-service restaurants, making differentiation essential.
