Christina Yeo began her career in the chemical and electrochemical industry, specialising in supply chain and operations management.

She joined Givaudan in Singapore in 2009 and took on roles of increasing responsibility across supply chain and strategic transformation projects within Givaudan Business Solutions and later Taste & Wellbeing (T&W) Operations.

In 2022, she was appointed Head of T&W Operations Asia Pacific. 

In this role, she was responsible for the performance and investment plans of all APAC Taste & Wellbeing Operations sites covering EHS, manufacturing excellence, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement, engineering and talent management. 

During her tenure, Christina has been instrumental in establishing Givaudan’s largest global tolling partnership in process flavours, and in sponsoring a greenfield project in Indonesia, with operations scheduled to start in 2027. Within Givaudan Business Solutions, she led the strategic transformation of end-to-end process domains encompassing the full scale of Demand-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay and Enterprise Data Management.

Christina Yeo assumed the role of Head of Givaudan Business Solutions and IT and became a member of the Executive Committee in May 2026.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration (International Business) from Imperial College London. She is married and has an adult daughter.
