Fanny Iglesias began her career in 2004 as a trainee lawyer at a Swiss law firm in Geneva, before qualifying as an attorney at law. 

She went on to hold different legal positions with Deloitte Switzerland, then a Swiss law firm and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), where she gained extensive experience in financial market regulation, capital adequacy and legal compliance. 

She later joined an international law firm in Geneva as an attorney, advising clients on corporate, commercial and financing matters.

Fanny joined Givaudan in 2016 as Legal Counsel and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility within the Legal function, including Deputy Group Counsel for Taste & Wellbeing and later Deputy Group Counsel for Fragrance & Beauty.

In April 2024, she was appointed Deputy Integrity Officer, in addition to her role as Deputy Group Counsel Fragrance & Beauty. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing compliance standards, and aligning divisional legal teams to support business growth. She played an important role in the legal counsel of the Group’s M&A and finance activities, and also led global integrity initiatives.

Fanny Iglesias was appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and member of the Executive Committee as of April 2026.

She holds a Law Degree from the University of Geneva, was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2007, and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Financial Market Law (Finanzmarktrecht) at the University of Zurich in 2014.
