2026 Summer Investor Conference

Reaffirming our 2030 performance ambitions while evolving the Strategy

On 27 August 2026, we hosted our traditional Summer Investor Conference, the first led by CEO Christian Stammkoetter.

During the event, he shared his vision for the next chapter of Givaudan's 2030 Strategy through the themes of ‘Optimise’, ‘Future-proof’ and 'Together’.

The hybrid event welcomed 56 investors and analysts in Zurich, while a further 165 participants joined virtually via live webcast.

Christian opened the conference with an overview of the 2026 Half-year results, which demonstrated a solid financial performance, with strong momentum in Fragrance & Beauty and a sequential recovery in Taste & Wellbeing. He further underlined that Givaudan's diversified business model and natural hedges reinforce its long-term growth trajectory despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties. He also reflected on the insights gained during his first six months with the Company.

Building on the strategy announced last year, Christian presented an updated 2030 strategic framework. While the core ambition remains unchanged, data, digital capabilities and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will play an increasingly important role as key enablers across the strategy, helping strengthen Givaudan's position in a business driven by science, creation and complexity.

Optimise: building on strengths and sharpening focus

Under the theme Optimise, Christian outlined how Givaudan will drive growth across both divisions.

In Fragrance & Beauty, priorities include strengthening leadership in fragrances, further developing the Beauty business, accelerating growth in key geographies, expanding relationships with local, regional and global customers, and pursuing strategic M&A opportunities.

In Taste & Wellbeing, the focus will be on strengthening the core Flavour & Taste Solutions business, accelerating Natural Colours and further optimising the Health & Functional solutions portfolio. Growth will be supported by differentiated segment strategies, tailored regional execution and integrated solutions that increase Givaudan's share of product value and recipe. Christian highlighted attractive opportunities in fast-growing beverage sub-segments, including functional beverages, low- and no-sugar drinks, and no- and low-alcohol products, where Givaudan combines flavour creation, sweet modulation, masking, bioscience-based solutions and natural colours to help customers respond to evolving consumer needs while delivering superior taste experiences.

Future-proof: innovation, technology and excellence

Under Future-proof, Christian highlighted the priorities that will support long-term growth and competitiveness across Science & Technology, Creation, Customer excellence and Operational efficiency, underpinned by future intelligence, consumer insights and foresight.

These priorities include advancing molecule and ingredient discovery, deepening understanding of consumer preferences, strengthening customer relationships, increasing resilience and driving productivity.

As Givaudan accelerates its digital and AI transformation, a clear set of operating principles will ensure initiatives remain business-led, cross-divisional, value-focused and outcome-driven.

Together: strengthening collective impact

The strategic framework is anchored in the pillar of Together, reflecting the importance of collaboration across teams, customers and partners.

Christian emphasised that Givaudan's human-centric, performance-oriented culture, combined with its global scale and deep customer intimacy, will remain key differentiators in delivering the next chapter of sustainable growth.

Panel discussion and innovation showcase

The conference concluded with a panel discussion featuring Stewart Harris, CFO; Antoine Khalil, President Taste & Wellbeing; and Maurizio Volpi, President Fragrance & Beauty. The panel expanded on the strategic priorities presented by Christian and provided additional perspectives from their respective businesses.

Antoine also led a tasting session showcasing Givaudan's TasteSolutions® capabilities through an ice cream concept delivering the same taste and mouthfeel experience with natural colours and approximately 30% less fat solutions.
