The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) was founded 25 years ago with a mission to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world.
WBCSD is proud to bring together almost 200 forward-thinking global companies committed to advance the global sustainability agenda.
In March 2021, WBCSD launched Vision 2050: Time to Transform. This bold vision is a blueprint for a future where more than 9 billion people live well, within planetary boundaries. We’re proud to have been part of the team working with WBCSD to develop Vision 2050 over the past two years.
We invited Filippo Veglio, Managing Director of WBCSD to join Hallvard Bremnes, Global Head of Sustainability for Givaudan, to discuss the vision, what it means for business and how we can all play our part in making it a reality.
