TasteTrek™ is all about going in search of new tastes. They might be found in a rainforest, they might found be in a village in the middle of nowhere – but they will not be commonplace.

Our flavourists seek out the unusual and the exciting – capturing and sampling the new flavours and ingredients in a field lab with their proprietary tools. They then send these samples back to the main Givaudan labs where our scientists study the molecular makeup and carefully recreate them for commercial use.
