We visited 40 restaurants in 12 cities and ten different countries to look at how chicken is used in a wide variety of cuisines. This research formed the basis of our TasteEssentials™ Chicken range, which demonstrates our industry-leading insights into chicken flavours and capabilities. We went to fine-dining and quick-serve restaurants, as well as exotic and trend-setting locations.
During this extensive research, we were able to evaluate a huge range of local signature dishes to help us create rich, authentic new flavours for chicken.
