Alvin Leung
With no formal training, Alvin started out as an acoustic engineer who loved holding private dinner parties. Dubbed 'The Demon Chef', with his long, jet-black and various-coloured hair, tattooed arms and cutaway chef's jacket, one could easily mistake Alvin for a rock star rather than the celebrated head chef and owner of Bo Innovations.
