Following the success of our first ChefsCouncil™ in Napa Valley, California, in 2006, and subsequently Barcelona in 2008, from 3-7 October 2010, our third ChefsCouncil™ took place in the vibrant city of Hong Kong. A truly diverse and talented mix of international chefs from all over the globe will meet to exchange ideas, techniques and skills – a revealing culinary celebration and learning experience where East meets West.
